Shipping & Returns

Processing time

Original paintings and in-stock gifts are packed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Print-on-demand items are produced by our print partner and usually ship within 5 to 10 business days.

Digital downloads

Download files are delivered immediately after purchase. Because they are delivered instantly, digital downloads are non-refundable.

Packaging

Works on paper ship flat or rolled in rigid protective packaging with moisture protection. Gift items ship in studio-designed cardstock packaging.

Returns

Unused physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Custom commissions and personalized items are final sale.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, send a photo through the contact page within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund the item.

International orders

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
